International shipments may be governed by agreed Incoterms®, including EXW, FCA, FOB, CPT, CIP, DAP or DDP, as applicable.

The agreed Incoterms® rule and named location must be specified in the relevant commercial documentation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules but cannot guarantee that third-party carriers, customs authorities or external logistics providers will operate without delays.

Risk of loss or damage will transfer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.

Ownership of goods will transfer as specified in the applicable sales agreement, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

8.Customs, Import Duties and Export Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, export, customs and end-user regulations.

Depending on the agreed delivery terms, customers may be responsible for:

Customs clearance.
Import duties and taxes.
End-user certificates.
Local regulatory approvals.
Product registration and certification.

Certain tactical, ballistic, defence and security products may be subject to export controls, sanctions or restrictions.

Jebel Tactical reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel a transaction where required by applicable law or where necessary regulatory approvals cannot be obtained.

Customers must not knowingly divert, transfer, re-export or use products in violation of applicable laws, sanctions or agreed end-use restrictions.

9.Restricted and Controlled Products

Certain products offered by Jebel Tactical may be restricted to authorised government agencies, military organisations, law enforcement bodies, licensed security providers or other eligible purchasers.

We may request documentation to verify:

Purchaser identity.
Organisational authority.
Intended end use.
Final destination.
Required licences or permits.
End-user eligibility.

Orders involving restricted products will not be fulfilled unless applicable legal and regulatory requirements are satisfied.

10.Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory warranty or consumer protection rights.

Customers must ensure that equipment is used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable safety standards and relevant laws.

Products intended for military, law enforcement, industrial or specialist operational use may require appropriate training, certification or professional supervision.

Jebel Tactical does not guarantee that any product will eliminate all operational risks.

Ballistic protection, protective clothing, helmets, rescue equipment and other safety-related products have performance limitations.

Customers must review relevant certifications, technical specifications, expiry dates, maintenance requirements and usage limitations.

Jebel Tactical is not responsible for damage caused solely by improper use, unauthorised modifications or use outside specified product limitations, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.Intellectual Property

All original website content, including text, graphics, branding, layouts and other materials created or owned by Jebel Tactical, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Jebel Tactical name, logos and associated branding may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
